Blue Orchid Dip

Ingredients:

  • 250g blue orchid cheese chopped
  • 60g butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped oregano
  • 1/3 cup crème fraiche
  • salt and pepper

Method:

Using an electric mixer, beat cheese and butter in a small mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add wine, mint, rosemary and oregano, mix well. Fold through crème fraiche. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
