Blue Orchid Dip
Ingredients:
- 250g blue orchid cheese chopped
- 60g butter softened
- 1 tablespoon of sweet white wine
- 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of chopped oregano
- 1/3 cup crème fraiche
- salt and pepper
Method:
Using an electric mixer, beat cheese and butter in a small mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add wine, mint, rosemary and oregano, mix well. Fold through crème fraiche. Season to taste with salt and pepper.« Back to Recipes
