Export Restrictions

Due to the nature of perishable goods, deliveries will only be made within Australia.


Returns Policy

The system has been designed to deliver goods in perfect condition.  If for any reason goods are not to your satisfaction we will fully refund the cost of the goods plus transport costs, provided we are made aware of the problem within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please telephone or e mail us immediately if there is any problem with the goods. Refunds will be made back to your credit card within 48 hours.


Delivery Details

All goods will be freighted with Fastway, who have been delivering perishable goods for 23 years, and in most cases it will be next day delivery, but please allow for 2 to 3 days from placing an order. All goods will be packed in a polystyrene reusable esky with a reusable freezer pack. All goods will have to be signed for and delivered during business hours. (so please give us a daytime address) Fastway can not deliver to PO Boxes and will not leave at an unattended addresses.  If possible please leave us a contact telephone number for the courier driver, so he can find you.  We want our goods to arrive in great shape to you, our customer.
